What it does

Capture, checklists, maps, outputs and the follow-up walk. Scroll through the day of an audit as the app sees it.

Capture

Several photos per finding, marked up on the spot

Shoot a wide shot and a close-up, add captions, reorder, and retake a blurry or dark frame before it reaches the report. Draw an arrow, circle, box, tick, cross or label straight onto the photo.

  • Multi-shot capture with a flash, a fly-in stack and import from your camera roll
  • Arrow, circle, box, freehand, tick, cross and text, in six colours and three widths, with undo
  • On-device dictation for remarks, and snippets for the phrases you use every day
  • Each photo is pinned to where it was taken, at the shutter or from the photo's own location

Checklists

Checklists that raise findings as you go

Start from a template or a ready-made pack, swipe OK or Issue, enter readings, and mark the rest OK for a whole section. An Issue becomes a finding without leaving the list.

  • Ready-made packs: pool plant room with PWTAG, Dubai Municipality and Trakhees limits, cleaning appearance, fire walk, health and safety walk, and handover
  • Readings against their limits, a score with A to F bands, and a ring that fills on the Finish page
  • A checklist sets the report's grading scale, so grades stay consistent

Map and route

Every finding on a map, and the route you took to find it

Pins gather as you zoom out, areas get boundaries you draw on the map, and the route you walk is recorded while you work. The route stays on your phone: it is never synced and never in a zip export.

  • Each pin is the finding's photo, bordered in its grade colour and numbered; pins cluster as you zoom out
  • Draw an area's boundary and a finding pinned inside it takes that area automatically
  • Move a pin by hand, set it to where you stand, or open it in Apple Maps or Google Maps
  • Pause or stop the route from its chip, or switch recording off for one report or for good

PDF and Excel

Same findings, same order, in PDF and in Excel

One layout drives both files. Cover page, cards or tables, grouping by area, a palette that matches your brand, an evidence stamp, a summary, an action list and sign-off pages with signatures.

  • Photos print whole and upright, never cropped or stretched
  • Standard, Snagging with closeout, Assigned actions and Blank layouts, in Slate, Emerald, Navy or your own colours
  • Tables fit the page, columns share the space left after photos, and pages are numbered
  • Excel keeps dates as dates, widens columns to fit and adds a filter when each finding takes one row
  • A Map column links each finding to its place, and a route map page shows the walk order

Walk again

Re-inspect the open findings with the old photo beside the camera

Walk again pre-loads what is still open, lets you tap verified or still open with a closeout photo, and emits a delta report. Repeating reports show under Due to walk on Home, with a reminder.

  • Tap Verified, Still open or Worse on each card; the before photo shows faintly in the camera so the after shot matches
  • The finished card counts closed, still open, worse and new, then offers a delta report
  • Repeating reports with a reminder at 08:00 on the next due date
  • Share a message with the outstanding items alongside the file

Report check and Auditor AI

A second pair of eyes before the report goes out

Report check runs on the phone, free, and looks for gaps: missing photos, dates and owners, duplicates, a finding with no location, or a placeholder left in a remark. Auditor AI, coming with Pro, checks the wording of each finding as you write.

  • Report check never sends anything anywhere, and nothing changes until you tap a fix
  • Auditor AI asks when a finding's area, pin and remarks disagree, and notes areas with no findings
  • Auditor AI suggests, you decide; it never edits your text
